Screened candidates are presented to companies with active hiring requirements. You interview directly — before training starts.

Company selects you. Training begins.
Once a company chooses you, we run a 4-week focused training program on their actual tech stack and role requirements.

You join the company ready to contribute.
Training ends with a confirmed joining date. You start your job already knowing the tools, the stack, and what's expected of you.
